2. Booking and Payment

a. Booking Process:

All bookings are subject to availability.
To confirm your booking, you must complete the required forms and provide accurate information.

b. Group Pricing and Discounts:

Our pricing structure is designed to reward group bookings with larger discounts for shared costs:
Discounts are automatically applied based on the group size at the time of booking.

c. Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or other methods specified on our Website.

d. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the safari start date: Full refund, minus a $50 USD processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the safari start date: 50% refund of the total cost.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the safari start date: No refund.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

a. Pricing:

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen circumstances.

b. Inclusions:

Package prices include accommodations, meals, park entry fees, transportation, and guided tours as outlined in your itinerary.

c. Exclusions:

Prices do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, or optional activities not listed in the itinerary.

4. Travel Requirements

a. Passports and Visas:

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas before traveling.

b. Vaccinations and Health:

Some destinations may require specific vaccinations or health precautions. Consult your doctor and check the latest travel advisories.

c. Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It must cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and emergency evacuations.

5. Changes to Itineraries

a. Client-Initiated Changes:

Requests to modify an itinerary must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges.

b. Operator-Initiated Changes:

Magsons Adventure Safaris reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries due to weather, safety, or other operational concerns. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

a. Limitations of Liability:

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Magsons Adventure Safaris is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during your safari.

b. Third-Party Services:

We work with trusted third-party providers, such as hotels and transport services. However, we are not liable for issues arising from third-party services.

c. Force Majeure:

Magsons Adventure Safaris is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

a. Respect for Local Communities:

We encourage respectful interaction with local communities and adherence to cultural norms.

b. Environmental Conservation:

Guests are expected to follow eco-friendly practices and avoid actions that harm the environment or wildlife.
